RayoSparkles Services LLC ("RayoSparkles," "we," "us") provides this policy to explain what information we collect when you request a quote or book a cleaning with us, how we use it, and who we share it with. Booking with RayoSparkles is guest-only — we don't require or offer a client account, so we only ever hold the information you give us directly for a specific booking.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a service, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• The service address where the cleaning will take place.
• Details of the service, tier, and extras you select, and your preferred date.
• Any message you send us through the contact form.

We do not collect or store payment card information. All payments — deposits and final balances — are processed entirely by Square through Square's own secure, hosted checkout. Your card number never reaches our servers; we only ever receive a payment confirmation and a reference ID from Square.

How we use your information

• To calculate pricing and check date availability for your booking.
• To confirm, schedule, and complete your cleaning service.
• To send you transactional emails about your booking — deposit received, booking confirmed, a change of date, a refund, job completion, and your final balance receipt.
• To respond to messages sent through our contact form.
• To keep accurate business, accounting, and service records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary to deliver your service, with these processors:

• Square — processes your deposit and balance payments and issues refunds. Square handles all payment card data directly; see Square's own privacy policy for details on how they handle it.
• Resend — delivers the transactional emails listed above on our behalf.

We don't share your information with any other third party, and we don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and business purposes. Since there's no client account to delete, retention is tied to the booking record itself rather than to an ongoing relationship with you.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of records we're not otherwise required to keep, by emailing info@rayosparkles.com. Since booking is guest-only, we'll verify your request using the name and email address on the booking in question.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults booking cleaning services and are not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date above.
